Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, Esther gained valuable legal experience through a range of roles across both the public and private sectors. She previously worked as a legal intern within a pharmacy environment, where she developed a strong understanding of regulatory and client-focused matters. Esther also completed work with Police Prosecution Services, providing her with insight into legal procedure, case preparation, and the justice system more broadly. These experiences have helped shape her practical and empathetic approach to supporting clients.
Esther holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland and is currently progressing towards her admission to practice in the High Court of New Zealand, which she anticipates completing in late 2026.
