Meg Byers is a Solicitor in our Christchurch office.
As a recent graduate from the University of Canterbury, Meg gained significant legal experience while working full-time during her university studies. Meg has increased her legal expertise pre-admission, working in commercial property and post-admission, working in family and relationship property law.
As part of our Christchurch team, Meg assists clients with matters involving:
- Public liability
- Superannuation and disability insurance

Meg has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Canterbury and was admitted to practice in 2024. She is committed to giving back to her local sporting community through voluntary and governance roles, including as a board member and honorary solicitor for the Canterbury Masters Figure Skating Club.
